Levels of the Body
Gedan – Lower level of the body; groin and below
Chudan – Middle level of the body; torso
Jodan – Upper level of the body; Neck and above

Seiken – Forefist
Uraken – Backfist
Shuto – Knife Hand

Haisoku – Instep
