Gradings

Progress is earned.

Gradings are assessments, not entitlements. Students are invited to grade when their instructor considers their attendance, ability and attitude ready for the next level.

Brisbane dojo gradings are generally held four times each year. Grades awarded through the dojo are recognised by IKO Japan.

Students should speak directly with their instructor about readiness and current grading fees.
